Bio
I was born in Bangkok, Thailand and came to the states when I was 3 days old. My native language is Vietnamese. I come from a family of 3 brothers and 1 sister. I was kind of a tomboy always tagging along with my brothers. We were all active in some sort of competitive sport. I participated in cheerleading and running. I found the passion for lifting weights at 18 years old where I hired my first trainer at a Gold’s Gym, Campbell, California.
I got married at a young age and started a family. It was after my first child, Lana, now 7 years old, that my body had a complete change for the better. I began researching fitness competitions and recalled figure competitions really exploding at the time. With great support from my family and friends, I entered my first show in 2003 and have been challenged and hooked ever since! In 2005, I came quite close to earning professional status at Figure Nationals taking 3rd place. I took a break and had my son Kairon, now 3 years old. I begin prep almost immediately. When he was 7 months old I hit the stage. I was crowned IFBB Professional status a few months later. That is my testimony. With patience, hard work, and my faith in God and the direction he has driven me, I believe ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
